I was very lucky to be given the opportunity to meet with Mr. Shaun Woodward last week up in Belfast. I was really excited and absolutely delighted hearing his announcement about the 2 million pounds towards the elimination of the waiting list for the drug interferon.
Mr Woodward seemed like quite a nice man, answering our questions and happily posing for pics with Shauna and I (haha). I'm glad he is taking an interest in MS and MS ''carriers'' and actually doing something to help us out.
I'm hoping to start beta interferon injections as soon as possible and just hope that in two years time, no-one will have to wait for this drug like I and many others have to at this moment in time.

Cliona, All the very best. It's great you're getting beta interferon soon. Cut out you and Shauna's photo from the paper. Have it up in pride of place on my wall.(HA). Good luck

Hi Cliona. Just wondering how you are doing on your beta interferon. Maybe it's too soon to tell. Bye
